Foundation Stage

Welcome to Foundation Stage!

Class Information

P.E.

For the first half term, our P.E. days in Reception are Tuesday and Friday. Please ensure that your child comes to school wearing their  P.E. kit on these two days. May we ask that trainers are worn also (not pumps) as these are most suitable for the activities completed outdoors.

Homework

Homework packs will go out each Friday. Each week, a new sheet will be added which will explain the learning covered in class for the week along with any homework tasks and reminders. Please add a comment if you wish to and complete the reading record section at the bottom of the page. This can be filled in when your child completes a reading activity at home, such as: a task set from school, reading a book sent from school, or just enjoying a story at home together with you or showing an interest in any other reading materials. We will also add a comment here when your child reads in school. Homework packs need to be handed in each Wednesday morning.
