Every year the children prepare oranges for Christingle. The orange represents the world, the red ribbon represents the sacrifice, the candle signifies that Christ is the light and the stick represent the crown of thorns.
The children from St Catherine's led the May Day procession with Fr Simon at Sunday Mass.
