Relationships and Sex Education

As a Catholic school, we deliver Relationship, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) using the Archdiocese of Liverpool’s recommended programme Journey in Love (2020), which supports pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and emotional development within a Catholic understanding of relationships. We are currently in the process of migrating our Religious Education curriculum from Come and See to the new Religious Education Directory (RED), following the implementation timeline set out by the Liverpool Archdiocese. During this transition period, and until all year groups have fully moved onto the new RED curriculum, our RSHE policy will remain in its current form.
